Habitat.

We ground our work in a buildable substrate we developed called Habitat. In Desk, Habitat reads words and numbers mathematically, without AI. A writer's words become local landscapes alongside other texts or data.

Habitat reads a body of text or records as acts, observes the geometry they make, and reports what it observes. It trains on nothing and holds no opinion.

Habitat, at a glanceYour words stay in your browser. Habitat reads a paragraph and keeps none of it. What it makes are positions: acts, as numbers. Positions come back as your reading, become a gem you can give to a room's Gem-Space, or a receipt anyone can check by recomputing it offline. Only positions travel. Your words stay with you. The exceptions, stated plainly.

Every number we publish reproduces from the record's own bytes, on your machine, offline, to the byte. That is a property of how the thing is built, not a policy you are asked to trust.

Run it yourself.
